Adaco: Where will my POS sales show on my Outlet Variance Report?

Hi,

POS Sales show in the Sales column.

You will need to run the Outlet Variance Report (or the Interim OVR if you are in Interim Inventory) with Product Selection = All Items in the report criteria.

If the product was sold directly as a Retail product the depletion will show directly against the Sales Column on the Product Row but if the sale was of a Recipe the sales will deplete further down the report against the Sales Column on the Recipe Row.

The Recipe column against the product shows the net value of the product that has been transferred in and out preparing recipes for sales and for transfers to and from other outlets.
