We have a staff member leaving on 31/8, she owes us a weeks holiday and will be paid 29/8 as she is monthly paid. Can I add the P45 date when processing the payroll next week which will be in the future. Will this deduct the holidays overused ?

Apologies for the delayed response to your query.
This will depend on your pay basis range. If the range is from the 1st to the end of the month, then the system will calculate the owed Final Holiday Pay and add this onto their payslip for their 'final pay run'.
