If the employee is Full Time you would do an override of the FTE in their employee file.
In order to correctly fill in the FTE for that employee, you would need to work out the number of days that they work in a year and also the number of hours in order to then create an average weekly number of hours and days.
You would then enter these hours and days into their FTE override.
HR > Employees > Employee List > [Select Employee] > Employee Info > Employment Detail > Override FTE
