Is there an option in adaco to show on PO person who approved? Our auditors require this on PO and I wonder if there is any way putting this on PO.

There certainly is the ability to show the Approver. Not only that, it can also show the Final Approver, The Requisition Creator and ​the PO Creator if you wish.

Using the Admin Login Property->Administration->Property->Preferences->Purchasing->Display Name.
