how can i see the approval history of an active recipe

This is a good question – There isn’t an option to view the Approval History. Whilst the recipe is going through approval, you can go into the recipe and select the ‘Approvals’ button to see where the recipe currently is on the Approval Route, however, once the recipe has been made ‘Active’, there is no more approval required so the Approval button gets greyed out.

I believe it is very crucial to have history as no one can remember the change and to understand a mistake.
