Great question!

Depending on a few settings on the portal you can have the final holiday pay set up in a few different ways...

  1. Do not pay final holiday pay
  2. Do pay holiday automatically but don't inform the user on the termination details screen
  3. Ask user whether to pay holiday automatically (Must select "OK" otherwise it will not send to payroll if "cancel" is selected.)
  4. Do pay holiday automatically and inform the user on the termination details screen

If you are a Bureau customer please contact your Payroll Specialist to make this change for you or alternatively raise a case and our fabulous service team will action this on your behalf.
