Great question!
Depending on a few settings on the portal you can have the final holiday pay set up in a few different ways...
- Do not pay final holiday pay
- Do pay holiday automatically but don't inform the user on the termination details screen
- Ask user whether to pay holiday automatically (Must select "OK" otherwise it will not send to payroll if "cancel" is selected.)
- Do pay holiday automatically and inform the user on the termination details screen
If you are a Bureau customer please contact your Payroll Specialist to make this change for you or alternatively raise a case and our fabulous service team will action this on your behalf.
