Hi @Omer Aharonovich ,

Thanks for your great question. Outlets, like most other data in Adaco, cannot be deleted once there is history against them.

To effectively make an Outlet 'Inactive', a Property Administrator should unflag it from each active User in the database; this will allow it to still be reported on (& visible in Property->Setup->Location->Outlets) but not be used for Requisitions, Transfers, Inventories, etc.

I hope this answers your question, please feel free to post any other questions you have.

Thank you.

Yes I did it already expect my own user - so now we will not see the club anymore however it is still in the system for data purposes.

Thank you for your assistance.

I have another question regarding another topic - shall I start new chat or I can proceed it here?

Thanks,

Hi Omer,

If you wouldn't mind starting a new discussion so we can make sure the right people see it please?

Thanks

Hi @Mark Whitmore ,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I have tried to follow the suggested steps above however I couldn't do it.

  1. The "club" is not under Property->Setup->Location->Outlets but under Property->Setup->Outlets
  2. I have un - tick all the boxes, but still the "Club" is appear under "new Requisition" etc.

Many thanks,

Hi @Omer Aharonovich ,

Apologies if it wasn't clear in my guide.

To unflag from the User you need to go to Property -> User Centre -> Go into the User(s) you don't want to be able to view -> User Outlets -> And that's where you can untick the Outlet.

I've put a pic below for your guidance.

Let me know how you get on.
