Are you able to advise on the below T&A questions please?
We need to understand how breaks are managed. I can see from the T&A document notes that breaks can be manually added but am I correct in thinking that if there is no manual intervention at this point or the employee does not clock out/in for their break the whole time will be paid? Does the automatically deducted break setting impact the sites utilising these machines also?
Does it complete the rota with the clocked in/out times and then simply require the rota to be submitted to feed through to payroll? I note there is a section which details different coloured clocks which can be investigated if required - are these displayed before the rota can be submitted?
How could we audit to ensure that the information within the T&A machines match the rota submissions and subsequent payroll data?
