NMW - Change Mid Week

HI   Can you confirm if someone changes age mis week which moves them up the NMW payscale, do we manually need to amend anything or will it automatically pull through on the NMW top up notification?

Hi @Sharon Harkins​ The system will only automatically update an employee if pay bandings are set up in the Job title.

If pay bandings are in place the pay rise will occur on their birthday and will be applied to rota costs.

If pay bandings are not in use Reminders can be set up to be alerted that an employee has a relevant birthday.

These will then need to be manually updated and an effective date entered.
