Where can we see in Fourth the total hours charged to training in restaurants? We would like to code this to a separate nominal code, how would we do this?

In order to charge training costs to a specific cost center, you will need to ensure that an appropriate Division is created in the HR Module > Company Admin > Divisions - e.g. Restaurant Training. The division will then need to be assigned to the relevant locations > Assign Locations.

The job title to which the Labour Productivity Job Role "FOH Training" is mapped, will need to be assigned to that Division, and ME'd to the relevant employees. The hourly rate entered when creating the ME will then bill the appropriate Division when the Job Role is selected when scheduling and can be seen in the Analysis report.

If cross-charging is required for salaried employees, please ensure that a separate job title is created and set up as Allowed Pay Method(s) = With Salary.
