Is it possible to add a reminder/prompt with a short checklist of required actions that pops up when a new job title is created?

There is not current functionality that will allow customers to bespoke their own 'checklist' at present. However, it is a great suggestion so I will definitely feed this back into the business!

What a great question! Although there is not a direct prompt which comes along with the creation, have you ever selected the 'Help' option from the top right of the portal?
In here are lots of how to cards which walk the user through the process. Although I would always recommend coming onto the Community to look for articles as they are the most recent, and will have the latest functionality, the how to's will explain how to do the task.
If you open Help and go to the Admin tab, within the HR section there is a How 2 Create a Job Title which can be selected as a pop up which can help with the process.

Thank you for your message. Although this helps with how to add a job title, its more so the ability to be able to add comments that we can tailor (e.g a checklist which prompts us to update that accounts team once a new job title is added...)
Is this possible?
