We have multiple Hotels in our company and have several employees who will not be on the rota to work shift at the Hotels but would be there for meetings etc, for Healthy and Safety / Fire Regulations is it possible for them to use Time and Attendance
We do not want them to appear on the Hotel Rota as they are already on the Head Office rota to work. I am aware that I can make them Multi-Company however when I did this they kept appearing on the Rotas to be closed off even though there was no rota shift for them.

....and I did un-tick the box so they did not auto appear on the rota.
Hi @Sharon Harkins You are only able to use T & A if they are scheduled on a rota.
If the box to auto add to rota was un-ticked after the ME was created the employee will appear on all open rotas, you will delete the ME and create a new one and ensure the box is un-ticked when creating the ME to stop them.

Hi @Sharon Harkins The employees need to be included in least one rota for you to be able to see the employees T & A information.
