Hi @Sharon Harkins​  You are only able to use T & A if they are scheduled on a rota.

If the box to auto add to rota was un-ticked after the ME was created the employee will appear on all open rotas, you will delete the ME and create a new one and ensure the box is un-ticked when creating the ME to stop them.

I have been advised that other members of our team can do this - ie T&A at other sites without being on the Rota ?

Hi @Sharon Harkins​ The employees need to be included in least one rota for you to be able to see the employees T & A information.
