Dear @Mark Whitmore

Thanks for that great answer too. I used the options as said , and it directed me to further more questions. Please find the attached .

When i used Delete it showed me the comment "The sequence active reroute cant be processed" - What does this mean

When i used Reroute it showed me the comment "I don't have the right". - Which right the user should have in order to access this.

Note : I am getting these options for a new recipe i am creating , and not for a recipe i am duplicating and making another recipe from that.

Also i am able to see another option of cancel routing in the second tab , which was not there before.

What is the purpose of that. (But this option is not coming when i am duplicating one recipe and sending it for routing , can it be applicable there also ?)

Hi @Jasir Abdul Khader ,

Thanks for your great question.

A User can reroute a recipe, if it hasn't been approved, providing they have the User Access.

When in the Recipe Approvals screen, right clicking on the current approval route will open up the option to Reroute. (Pic below)

I hope that helps.

Thanks {@005D0000009gUfjIAE} .

  • The error message that comes up when you delete needs to be raised as a case with our Service team. : Will do it thru our tech team
  • The Rerouting message is because your User group does not have access to Individual routing. This can be turned on by your property Admin following the path Property>Setup>User Groups>Select your User Group>Main Menu: Requisitions>Requisitions Center>3 dots on the right hand side>Route to Individual Rights : We use CP module for creating and managing recipes , in CP i cant find the said access right.

More info here:

https://fc.force.com/customer/s/article/Adaco-User-Group-Requisition-Access-Rights : Link not working

  • The Cancel Routings will cancel the current route and allow you to select a new one. I will flag internally that it doesn't show when duplicating and have this looked into. : Thanks Please let us know the update on this matter.
