We are looking to bring in annualised hours - how would we record this on the system?

Hi @Helen Fosh​ Unfortunately there is nowhere to record the amount of hours the employee should work in a year.

You would need to work this out as a weekly rate and enter into the employment details page and can be displayed on the rota page.

This will then show on the rotas and users should check to ensure that contracted hours displayed matched scheduled hours.

There are a couple of reports that will show contracted hours v worked hours for a period.

In Rotas > Reports > Exports

Forecast v Actual v Paid - Weekly

or

Payroll hours worked v 1 can be run for a longer period of time.

If you do not have either of these exports, please let us know and we will enable them for you.
