Hi @Callum Kelly,

There are a few things I would suggest should be checked by someone who has the ability to do so in the business. Firstly I would have the Job title checked to see if it allows for the salaried pay method. I would then check that it has been assigned to the division and location that you need to set the Multiple Employment up in. Lastly I would check that the Template you are assigned to (employee-employee access- access levels OR Administration>Access Level Hierarchy>Users) has the edit salaried employees option ticked in the HR permission set.

I hope this helps.

Many Thanks,

Hi Cristabelle, all checked and all well.

I suppose my question is more if i multiple employ a salaried employ I just want them to receive their normal salary if they clock in at another site, but when i go to multiple employ it only gives me the option of hour or shift paid. So if i put that to zero and they clock in will it deduct from salary?

Thanks

Hi @Callum Kelly,

As salaried are not paid by the Rota, entering 0 will not affect their pay, however for compliance and ensuring hours worked are correct, the rota should reflect what happened on the day. I would check Job Titles and the HR Employee Global Settings to check that Multiple Employment is being entered correctly.

Best,
