Accessing P45 and payslips for former employees

When former employees try to access their payslip and P45 they are being asked for a password in order to open/download.   Is this the same as their log in for Engage? If not where would we find the password?​

  Please reach out to your manager to issue your P45. This article contains instructions on how they can do so.
