Is there a way to pull a report on the number of hours and days lost to absence in any given period of time?

In HR> Reports, the Absence Analysis report allows you to enter date parameters. then if you extract to excel you can calculate days, if all absence is logged in similar format. Alternatively I think you can create a custom report.🙂
