One of my customer's contracts are flexed over 4 weeks so for example, any employee is contracted to 20 hours and works 15 one week and 25 the next, Fourth will look to generate 5 hours overtime, but not reflect the 5 under.   In reality though, it will be more like 5 over 2.8 under 7 over 1.6 under.    When they review the payslips, if the entry for overtime has come from the additional payments, they cannot amend it! can this be changed? As you can see the customer can add in a line (the one at the bottom) but for the one highlighted above they cannot delete or amend it. Customer really don't want to start putting in negatives as it will look really messy.   [Image: Rota Overtime]

If they use Lieu hours, Contracts can be set Negative lieu hours so that hours are deducted from a 'bank' if they haven't been worked. You can then pay the balance monthly.
