audit reports for Nutrition and Allergens in Adaco: how can we report via an excel sheet for our suppliers? And is there a simple process of uploading this into adaco?

.  It is important we manage the nutritional and allergen data in ADACO, as we are now using Ten Kites to publish our data externally.  Part of this is how we can run regular AUDITS and also amend data if needed. So what I was hoping to understand.   Currently we can run reports on by product and by recipe only. If we can look at the below this would be helpful. - It’s important we recheck allergens with our suppliers on a regular bases. If a report could be done which includes suppliers in Excel this could be sent to suppliers directly. - is there anything that exists?- Importing data back into adaco is currently quite slow process can we run a report amend the allergens and reload this back into adaco. - Is there a process or 'how to' you can let us know in how to do this?   How do other organisations manage this via an audit?

    Thanks Kay that’s just re-iterating what I said 😊. This is not enough as allergens are managed by suppliers so in order run Audits and checks it must come with the suppliers attached. We also need a format to re-load from the audit back into ADACO without having to go to 1800 products directly.

     

    I cant be the only one that’s requesting this? Where do we go from here.

    Understood, as previously mentioned please contact your trusted Fourth Contact. This person is either your dedicated Customer Success Manager or our Customer Care Team. They can then advise on the format and loading via template, this is the format mentioned above.

     

    This would also be the contact to advise on a custom report requirement to see this food sensitivity report by vendor as previously mentioned this is not a current report in our system or one currently in our development queue.

    Good day and great question!

     

    Here at Fourth we have a format for which we can load allergen and intolerance data against products in a database. Please reach out to your trusted Fourth contact who can give you additional information on this as well as our load process.

     

    When we associate allergens against products they are against the product versus the vendor.

     

    So let's say you have a Flour you purchase by the KG. If vendor A sends information that the flour by KG you source from them has a "gluten" intolerance then this intolerance is against the product master of Flour in your database. So reports can then be run on either recipes with allergens or products with allergens. These two reports are below as you referenced:

    Currently we do not have a food sensitivity report that can be generated by vendor and if required please let your trusted Fourth contact know so that an appropriate report request can be raised with the product team.
