How do we ensure that the NMW update report reflects the new NMW values as of the 1st of April

This will be increased automatically on your portal when the increase takes effect.

You can check using the NMW/NLW Rate Update Preview:

HR->Employees->NMW/NLW Rate Update->Select the date->Preview

to review any Hourly Paid Employees.

And for Salaried Employees can always check using the compliance export:

We have updated the rates in the system, but you will need to run the NMW/NLW rate update for it to take effect.
