Is it possible to process Christmas Day as a holiday day for all employees?

Hi,   I was just wondering if it is possible to process Christmas Day as a holiday for all employees currently on the system? Is there a quicker way to do this rather than manually creating holiday for every member of staff please?   Many thanks Chloe

Unfortunately not. This needs to be either booked as a day.

You could reduce their holiday entitlement to account for Christmas Day so that it would not need to be booked.

The only way to upload holiday in bulk is through an upload which is chargeable and would need to be planned in.
