Hi, I woul dliek to know more info on being able to release the rota and how this can be processed. Must it be by the app or can we email out the rota to the teams. can i also know how to email each team with their login detasil for the app.

Hi @Jason Clark When an account is created for an employee, they will receive an email to confirm the account and set their password. Once Employee Self Service (ESS) has been implemented and the Location setting is set to Enable Fourth Account Service, an account is automatically set up and an email sent.
With regards to the rota. Once the Rota is approved, the employees will be able to see the Rota in ESS. It is not recommended that the employees are email with the schedule in case and changes need to be made. This will be in real time in ESS.
But If you wish to email the rota, your would need to select print from the Rota module and save to a local file before sending.
