Every time I open my pension exports the dates switch and I have to change them. How can I avoid this?

When an excel report is opened, Excel will automatically default the formatting to the region that is pre-set on an individual's PC. Because Excel is an American product it will default to the US region and auto format the date accordingly. To Solve this. Run the export, Select OPEN and check all the information is correct, ignoring the date format. If the information is correct, Right click your mouse and select Refresh from the pop up. This will re run the export without having to enter the criteria again. This time, SAVE the file without opening it and upload this file.
