Ops have asked whether it would be possible to lock down the rota each day to force them to ensure that they complete their end of day each day. We don't think this is possible but are there recommended reports that could help us monitor this? Thanks

It is not possible to force sites to complete their rota daily.

The best report to use to monitor this is The Rota Status Summary.

Rota > Rota > Rota Status Summary.

This can be run for a group of sites and the rota can be accessed via the location link to make moving between sites easier as leaving the rota brings you back to to this report.

The screen shot below shows

A location, if a forecast has been entered (£F), if Actual Sales(£A) have been entered and if the day has been completed (Status).
