One of my customers have reported issues with the costings on two departments, C&E Sales and Nights, I have so far looked into C&E Sales, which consists of two employees.    I have attached a picture as an example, this picture is taken from an employee data (hidden for privacy) as you can see is just not generating any cost at all, despite having a rota in, it is generating the hours though

Had some great help from our Expert Team.

 

Looking at the Job Title Salary, the mentioned employees have their job titles with salary included in the rota, set as NO.

 

I have included an picture example.

 

Go to Rotas > Administration > Configure Location > go to the bottom of the page.

 

Setting their job title to yes, it should solve the issue.
