Thank you for your query.

The Retail Price must be a positive number & therefore cannot be set as 0.00; depending on POS configuration, it may be possible to change within the POS system instead.

If this is a business requirement for your company, please ask your internal key contact to raise with your Fourth Customer Success Manager.
