We have a number of employees who work shifts - how do we pay them accurately via Labour Productivity? Even if we add a double shift it is still only processing one shift. Thank you

Thank you for your question,

1.5 pay or double pay is possible within the Labour Productivity module, the Shift Pay Factor Types will just need to be configured for you by a Fourth Member of Staff.

Once set up, when creating a shift the user will able to able to select weather the shift is a single pay or double pay shift and this information will feed directly into payroll.

If you speak to your normal Fourth contact, we can get this enable for you ASAP.
