Can the cost of holidays be stripped out of the Labour reports? If not can we have a separate line so we can see true direct labour cost and %? How do other businesses do this?

Great question, thank you. 

Holiday pay visibility can be accessed through the Wage Function Settings. 

You will find this by selecting Rotas > Administration > Wage Function Settings. Please note, this screen can only be accessed using the admin login.

This page allows you to select/deselect what you would like to be included to feed through to your rota wage cost which would then push out to your reports.

The article attached greater details the suggested options that can be selected in order to reflect wage cost reporting.

Ultimately the selections made are internal decisions within the business and how you'd like those reports to look.
