Creating a metric that calculates Minutes required by forecasted rooms sold

I have created a metric whereby I can add into forecasted rota's the number of rooms we are expecting to sell. However I want to be able to formulate that into total hours available to be rostered based on the number of rooms sold (ie 25 minutes x 50 rooms = 20.8 hrs available), then have that be GREEN if the scheduled hours rostered are BELOW this metric, or RED if the scheduled hours are above this metric. Can someone help with how to do this please? Thank you!

It seems that a calculated metric would need setting up on the portal for this. The best process to avoid any issues if its created incorrectly is to book an Ask fourth session which is a free session to discuss this with our solution consultants who will we would scope for your requirements and complete the work on your behalf to ensure it works as expected.
