Import Guide to a Mantain Guide

To whom may it concerns, Dear Team, I'm trying to import guides into the Maintain Guides. I selected an outlet, I exported its guide to an Excel Sheet, I modified some quantities, saved and when I try to import the file, an error message is shown: "Invalid File. Cannot Import Products". Would you please be so kind to confirm me if which is the template to use for that?   Kind regards, Miquel Andreu Serra

Thank you for your query and many thanks to @Mark Whitmore​ for replying to this.

 

You will notice on the exported file that columns E and G are populated with a numeric on some lines, but not others. You must ensure that each cell on columns E and G are populated, even if it is 0.

 

Please review the above and re-attempt to import the file. You should now be successful.

It sounds like this is a technical error rather than an operational one.

 

May I suggest you raise a case for our technical team to investigate what is generating the error. You should be able to do this by clicking on your name on the top right hand of the screen here in the community and then selecting 'New Case'
