Is there a report that can provide full time males and females and the number of part time males and females we employ at a particular date. (Part time would be under 24 hours per week)

This possible using Custom reports in HR to build a report assuming that contracted hours are entered in the employment details page.

HR > Reports > Customised report

• Name and Gender should be ticked on the first page.
• On the employment details page of the report, ensure you select Status and add the condition =. This will enable the report to return only current employee.
• Tick contracted hours

This will give you the data that you require, however the calculation will need to be completed manually.
