We are planning to enforce statutory day ...

We are planning to enforce statutory days on the system. We have followed the steps in the guidance documentation, however the Bank Holidays for this month don't appear to be showing in the employee's holiday record. Are there any settings, other than those in the Global settings that we need to switch on, or does this functionality need to be enable for us by Fourth?   Would also be keen to know how other customers are treating statutory days for their furlough employees.   Thanks guys!

The statutory days functionality is used to pay an additional amount or create a lieu day for an employee scheduled on to work on a bank holiday/statutory day - is this what you're trying to achieve with what you have set up or are you looking to record the bank holidays as days booked in the employee holiday records?

Unfortunately there isn't a way to automatically create a holiday request for certain days for all employees as these would need to be individually requested for each employee.

We want to do this too. Did you end up doing it individually for each person? Quite a big job when you have hundreds of people.

Just reading the above. Assume there is no way around this? It's quite a big job to put 200 holiday requests in individually for Easter and May BH's.

It is possible for Fourth to do this in bulk for you via an upload if there are too many to input individually. We would advise reaching out to your Fourth contact to discuss costs and lead times should you want to consider this option.
