  • Hi @Eleonora Tzenova

The reporting function will be released alongside the batch upload as we understand the importance to have these both at the same time.

    I hope this helps,

    Thanks

  • Hi @Eleonora Tzenova

We are in the final stages of testing this function and we expect to release this next week. As soon as it is released, we will confirm in the @Covid-19 group!

Thank you for being so patient with this.

    Hi Zaina,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

Is this apply to the report as well and if so do you have any day of release?

Apologies to ask but I do have a payroll on Tuesday next week and was hoping I can use the report

    Kind regards,

    Eleonora

Hi to check; @Zaina Ishaq we can only furlough employees one by one at the moment, so shall I wait for the batch update to be able to do all employees at the same time?  Thanks Clare

HI Eleonora: has anyone from Fourth got back to you on this? I am also interested in knowing more about the batch update ;)

    Hi @Mark Harrison

Yes, it will be possible to multiple employees on screen, and add different start dates for each. The furlough status screen is for reporting purpose only and the data is to help customers with the calculations. If you need to use your own average calculations, that's absolutely fine. Just put those amounts into payroll under a furlough payment pay type, and it will pay to employees. We are working on an export for customers to use which will calculate the information for the grant application, so having a separate payment type will make the data within the export clearer and easier to use for the claims.

    Hi there

Will the batch update allow me to select multiple employees to furlough with varying start dates? Also I need to use our own calculated earnings figure (not the auto generated one) for payment, please confirm that this is possible? A little anxious due to the high number of employees and having pay day next week!

    . Thanks
