Is there a way to disable a property user from inactivating products if there is a current quantity on hand?

Good afternoon @Joshua Wright on behalf of @Deborah Dreibelbis,

Thank you for your query.

The ability for users who have access to mark Products as Inactive is irrespective of quantity being on-hand across the property; it may be worthwhile to note that Products can still be requisitioned & inventoried while their status is Inactive

We recommend that only Property/Data Administrators are granted this permission & potentially an internal review around Product maintenance processes could identify the reason why additional users may have been given such access previously, if that is the case.

Please let us know if you have any follow-up questions around this topic.
