Unable to click button CREATE VENDOR

​My a/p person needs the ability to create vendors and we no longer are able to click the box that says active vendor.  Can someone please help us?

Thank you for your query.

 

When the Vendor Approval process is in place, Vendors are made Active upon completion as outlined here, as opposed to manually (without Approval functionality):
