Hi Fourth team,
Can you please let me know if there is a way I can report on Forecasted breaks against Actual breaks taken?
If this is not possible, please advise me so I look for an alternative method!
Thanks

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for checking for me. Its just another manual process to add to our restaurants which defeats the purpose of the system.
How do I go about getting someone to help me build a report in Fourth.

Hi Silvio,
I hope you are well and I apologize for the delays on this.
Currently there is not a report to show both the forecast and actual break times due to the data in the schedule updating with the actual times once received.
The workaround on this I would advise is to run the daily log report when it has the forecast break times, print and save this so you have the data and then you can use it when comparing with the updated actual times.
I apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Kind regards,
Daniel

HI Silvio,
Thank you for the quick reply on this. I completely understand your frustration and I apologize I was unable to advise that what has already been mentioned. Changes Requests/new functionality would need be discussed with your customer success manager so it can be taken from there.
Kind regards,
Daniel

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for getting back to me.
The data is there already but the forecast is overridden as we actualize the day. So, why can't report hold the data of the forecasted breaks and actual breaks in one place? It would be great if it did that also for the scheduled hours. All the necessary data in one report.

HI Silvio,
Thank you for the response on this.
I understand what you mean this is why I double checked with some of the other departments and the solution consultants just to be sure there wasn't one before I posted the first response and they advised there isn't a report unfortunately to show both at once in the system. That workaround is all I could advise on this with the portal's current functionality.
Kind regards,
Daniel
