Can we set alerts for when 4 / 8 12 week reviews are due to be completed (generated from start date)? to remind managers and team members when to do the reviews?

The only way to achieve this is to set up a review training course in HR ,

On creation of the employee the review training course must be entered and an expiry date 4 weeks in the future entered.

Once the review is completed a 2nd review can be added with an expiry 4 weeks in the future.

The probation period can be set to 12 weeks for the final alert.

This will also help to ensure that reviews are being completed as they need to enter the 2nd review course and this will allow you to track who is completing and not completing by running custom reports with Training course and start date.

A reminder can then be set up to come on the first day of the month to remind managers that these reviews need to be completed.

We are working on functionality that will allow you to set the frequency of these reminders in the same way that you would set up the alerts.
