Create a new employee, "Loading..."

When I try to create a new employee, i click on it and the page says "Loading..." but then nothing happens. How can I resolve this?

  Good Afternoon David,

   

  I believe you are seeing this because your user is not assigned access to any PAYE Companies. If you require access, please contact your administrator.
