This is extremely helpful.

One more thing: if an employee is absent/ on holiday/ on parental leave, how those days are taking into account when calculating Average Hours per Week​

Hi @Justyna Zak​,

 

With respect to holiday and parental leave these will not accrue, as it is looking for the last 12 working weeks only.

 

The value of the money that they earn will be included in their casual average, as it will look over the total value over that period, so they will not lose out.

 

With respect to absences, there are additional options to include them by using the global setting functionality. Please see the link below for further information.
