Can I delete an uploaded PLU file that has been edited in error? I can then re-upload the original file.

It's absolutely possible for the correct sales to be submitted. If you have access to the FTP, the correct file can be dropped on there and as long as it has the same naming convention as the existing file, and it's in the current open period, it will override the current one. In EM, there is the option to then resubmit the file in the Import Rules page.

If you don't have access then this will need to go through our support team and they can do it for you.
