Can you please create the same calculation for full time people as you did for flexible people to calculate their average working hour in the last 52 weeks?

@Natalia Kaminska May I ask what report do you use for flex employees?

Hi {@0053z00000C2fYhAAJ}
Thank you for your question.
Fourth are continuously reviewing HMRC advice and will do our best to find a solution for any new legislation. At the moment there isn’t a legal requirement to calculate average hours for non-flexible employees, and the weekly hours to be entered in the Furlough status screen should be weekly contracted hours for full time or part time employees, but if this were to change you will find details of updated functionality or processes in this Covid-19 community page.
If you wanted to calculate average weekly hours worked for a non-flexible employee, you could use a rota report such as the Employee Hours Worked export or the Forecast vs Actual vs Paid Hours – Weekly / Daily exports (found in Rotas > Reports > Exports), run it for the required period and divide the total hours worked by the relevant number of weeks. Please bear in mind that these reports will only capture data for employees included and scheduled on rotas.
I hope this helps.
Best,
Lucy
