Our authorized users are unable to add New vendors in Adaco. Please advise how to fix this issue. Thank you.

Hi Caroline,

 

Since you fall under the Marriott/Accenture process the vendors need to be created within PeopleSoft after which Accenture feeds them into Adaco for you. You will raise the request for a new supplier in PeopleSoft, follow the PeopleSoft approval process, after which the request routes to the Accenture team.

 

Please reach out to your internal contacts with any further questions you may have as this is a specific process for your company.

Just wanted to add (for the wider community users who might be interested) that depending on your system set up, the below article outlines the Adding Vendors functionality access:

However as the lovely Kay has mentioned above, I believe that the setup for your business in particular is different so the article might not help in this case. I would recommend getting in touch with your internal contacts who can reach out to your Fourth Customer Success Manager if any assistance is needed 😊
