Adaco: Central Purchasing Database query

General Adaco query! 😊   When the Recipes are copied from property to CP (Central Purchasing Database), is there an option to make the property-recipes editable ? With new properties coming up, we want to push common recipes from CP to these new properties and be able to edit them from property level.   Best, Rozz Fourth

  Hi @Dhaval shah​ & Team

  A 'Global' Recipe cannot be edited at Property level as changes or modification can be done through CP (Central Purchasing) level only.

   

  The property can duplicate the recipe by using 'Duplicate' function in the recipe, once the global recipe pushed from CP (Central Purchasing).

   

  User can find two version of recipes once duplicated as 'Global' and 'Local' where user can delete the 'Global' recipe and retain the 'Local' recipe for editing or modification purpose.

   

  Also note that once 'Local' recipe modified, The recipe need to be routed back to approval.
