Hi @Jasir Abdul Khader​ 

1. Similarly to Period End Inventory, the interim inventory can only be done for   Outlets or Locations within.

2. Yes it will affect in a sense that any variances recorded during the interim will be posted as Inventory Adjustments and the same will reflect in bin card as well as in Outlet Variance report.

3. You cannot enter count for specific items only. Once interim is open you have to enter count for entire Outlet or Locations within. If the desire is to simply spot-check certain items, a Stock Status Report (or Theoretical Vs Actual Inventory Report, since it allows for 'Key Items Only') could be run then manual Inventory Adjustments be created for any variances.
