When transferring employees to a new payroll company, we terminate them and then rehire. During the re-hire process, the holidays calculation is reset.
Is there some other way to change someone to a new payroll company without having to start their employment all over again?

Unfortunately at the moment this is the only way to manage this, however we are currently working on a tool that will enable Fourth to help you with with this.
Once the process in place you will not need to terminate employees.
We will update this thread, once it is available.
