to change a password for an emplyee

No problem! Once you have entered the employees HR file that requires changing go to the Employee Access drop down. The option change log in details will allow the user to update the employees username and password.

The password rules are set within the global settings and will determine the level of complexity that is required.

Hi @Edward Stephenson​  If you are trying to change the password to the Main system, this can be done in the employee record.

HR>Employee list > Employee > Employee Access > Change Login

You should not enter a Username if they can remember this as you will not be able to create the same username again.

If the employee has forgotten their password to the Fourth App. they can reset this themselves by selecting 'Forgotten password'.
