How can I change employee's holiday entitlement as lieu days were added last year and that total has been brought into this year, however this does not apply now?

Thank you for your question. Lieu days can have an expiry period set-up within the Location setting. If the expiry period in the location setting is not set-up then with the correct access you should override the Lieu day status to Expired. An override of a lieu day status is carried out within an employee's Lieu day record.

 

This should reflect the correct holiday allowance worked out by the system.

 

However, please note if there is a manual override on the employee's holiday allowance in the system then this should be reverted. Removing the holiday override will reflect the correct holiday allowance worked out by the system. Please view the article 'How to Use Employee Batch Update' to understand how a holiday override is applied and removed.
