Hello, Is there any way that we can see Authorized Absences on Labour productivity module and at the same time the cost of the employees to be split on 5 days basis, so ensuring their multiple employment is spread accordingly to the site they worked? Thanks very much for your question, which initially appears quite simple but in actual fact is really quite a complex one. It brings into play many functions:

  • Are your Absences settings correctly set up?
  • Are you ensuring the "Documents Seen?" checkbox in Absence creation is checked in order to trigger the paid absence?
  • Do you have specific portal settings to calculate salary based on actual days worked?
  • ME's cross-charging according to shifts not absences?
