I dont have the option to Create New Employee in my HR module so cannot complete rota

    Hi @Mike Reed​, 


    Thank you for your question! In order to create a new employee within WFM you will need the correct access. Please speak to your system administrator/manager to grant the permission to create new employee.


    Alternatively, ensure you are sitting on the correct access level. You can also review this with your system administrator/manager following this path:


    HR > Employees > Employee List > Search & select the employee > Employee Access > Assign Access Levels


    I would recommend the ‘Access Level Hierarchy Explained’ article using the search bar in our community.
