One of our employee who has got a GM (Store manager access to rota, hr and payroll) is unable to see his own payslip whereas in the past he was able to. His access remained the same.

    Hi @Zuzana Klejova​,

     

    Firstly, I would recommend double checking whether their access has changed and is correct? This can be done from the employee page by selecting the Employee Access drop down and Assign Access Levels. This page will display which level of access they have been assigned for each module, and as such would highlight if something has been changed.

     

    If their access is correct and they are still unable to do everything they should, I would suggest raising this as a technical case as this would require further investigation.
